A $20,000 NEA grant for Fall for the Book will support general operating costs for literary festival’s year-round programming.

Barbara Humpton, president and CEO of Siemens, was the featured speaker at �鶹��Ƶ’s 2024 Spring Commencement on Thursday, May 9, in EagleBank Arena on the Fairfax Campus.

�鶹��Ƶ will celebrate Spring Commencement on Thursday. A record-setting number of students are earning degrees, and nearly 11,000 students total will be recognized for earning degrees or certificates. Graduates represent  114 countries, 50 states, and the District of Columbia, U.S. Virgin Islands, and military installations.

In addition to Spring 2024 Commencement on Thursday, May 9, graduates have the opportunity to attend their own school or college degree celebrations. Here’s a look at the keynote speakers for those events.
