- February 1, 2023The 40 Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ students who traveled to Richmond for Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Lobbies on Jan. 26 shared their college experience with legislators and highlighted the need for increasing financial aid for Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ students, increased funding per student, and increased staff and faculty salaries for the university to be more competitive in the Washington, D.C., metro area.
- January 23, 2023Over the summer, 24 students from Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµâ€™s Antonin Scalia Law School delved deep into issues of constitutional law, separation of powers, and national security in Padua, Italy—a place of inspiration for many of these ideals. The two-week study-abroad trip was co-taught by Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch and National Security Institute Founder and Executive Director Jamil Jaffer.

- December 12, 2022Honors College student Emily Synoski, who graduates this month from Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ with a biology degree, has also participated in Georgetown University’s competitive CORE pre-med program, where she and her team pitched an idea to deliver opioid overdose treatment to houseless populations via drones.
