�鶹��Ƶ will award more than 9,700 degrees—and about 800 certificates—at the university’s first in-person Spring Graduation since 2019, and the one that coincides with the university’s 50th anniversary as an independent institution.

For commencement at EagleBank Arena and all indoor degree celebrations, we will require all students, faculty, and guests in attendance to wear masks. We will have additional supplies on hand for those who arrive without a mask.

Did you know that up until the 2004 Commencement �鶹��Ƶ graduation gowns were black? The university moved to green gowns in 2004, thanks to the work of a Traditions Committee.

In January, Nikyatu Jusu, assistant professor of directing and screenwriting in �鶹��Ƶ’s Film and Video Studies Program, had her first feature film, “Nanny,” premier at the Sundance Film Festival, where she was awarded the Grand Jury Prize.
