    There are a number of things you could be thinking about during your commute, from the day’s agenda to what podcast to listen to. For a few Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ professors and students from the College of Health and Human Services, the Volgenau School of Engineering and the College of Humanities and Social Sciences, a less common topic is front of mind: the effects of traffic pollution on women’s health.

  • Research Interests: Designing and synthesizing new composite nanomaterials, combining structured 3D DNA nanoparticles with proteins, and lipids

  • Research Interests: Faculty Advisor to Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ's ASCE Student Chapter, the Steel Bridge Team, and the Concrete Canoe Team with expertise in blast analysis and design of steel structural walls and roof systems.

  • Research Interests: Water resources engineer with over 40 years of practice in the design, construction, operation, and management of public water and wastewater systems.

  • Research Interests: Self-propelled nanoparticles, mechanobiology, extracellular matrix, microbiology, fluid dynamics, heat transfer

  • Research Interests: Accelerated construction of infrastructure, lean and green construction, project management, public-private partnerships, smart infrastructure, sustainable development, life cycle analysis, and infrastructure asset management.
