Campus Visit Options

We offer numerous ways to tour campus through the visit calendar, including information sessions, student- and self-led tours, and major-specific experiences throughout the year.

On-Campus Information Sessions & Tours

The visit consists of a 30-minute information session with an admissions staff member. That is followed by either a Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Ambassador-led tour of campus or a self-guided tour with a provided map. 

Academic College/ Major-Specific Visits

These visits are specific to academic programs at George Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ and consist of an information session followed by a guided Ambassador tour of facilities related to your program of choice. 

Virtual Visits

A live, 40-minute information sessions run as a webinar.

Upon registering, you will be emailed the webinar access link from admissions@gmu.edu. We ask that you retain this link for your records. We recommend adding admissions@gmu.edu and visit@gmu.edu as acceptable contacts in your email account to ensure messages are delivered.

Group Experiences for K-8th Grade and High School Groups and Organizations

We are pleased to offer group tour experiences throughout the academic year. The minimum group size for all group tours is 25 students, and scheduling priority is given to groups of under-resourced students.
