As the academic manager in Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµâ€™s Global Education Office, Rachel Spence helps international students from partner universities worldwide with the transfer of classes, registration, and advising. In addition to helping students navigate their experiences in the United States and complete their George Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ degrees, Spence is also the chair of the Staff Senate, which represents the interests of all classified and non-student wage employees to the administration and Board of Visitors.

The Office Supply Swap at Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ launched in Spring 2023, thanks to the efforts of the Staff Senate and University Sustainability.

Will Gautney started working at Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµâ€™s Center for the Arts as a part-time stagehand in 2013. The job involved lots of lifting, building, and prep work for shows. In 2018, he was hired full-time as assistant master electrician, his current role. He is also chair of Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ's Staff Senate.

Amanda Corrigan is an administrative assistant for the Staff Senate, which is a 28-member group with a mission of educating, appreciating, and advocating for the Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ staff.
