George Â鶹ÊÓƵ's Bioengineering Department chair is working on a novel way to reduce blood clots related to implanted medical devices.

With the opening of the Nanofabrication Facility on its Science and Technology Campus, Â鶹ÊÓƵ stands ready to conduct state-of-the-art research and to help train the next generation of innovators.

Â鶹ÊÓƵ has received a $3.75M per capita grant from GO Virginia, a state-funded initiative administered by the Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development.
