Instructional Assistant Professor Vias C. Nicolaides has over 10 years of scientific research and applied work experience in the Organizational Behavior (OB) and Human Capital Management fields.

Instructional Assistant Professor Nicolaides' research interests span the areas of employee selection and assessment, training and development, program evaluation, performance management, employee attendance, talent management, teams and leadership. Moreover, Dr. Nicolaides has interest in research methodology, meta-analysis, survival analysis, multilevel and longitudinal modeling as well as  data science, such as machine learning algorithms.   

Instructional Assistant Professor Nicolaides's has published and presented his work in international and national conferences, such as the Academy of Management, and published his research in peer-reviewed scientific journals, such as the Leadership Quarterly. 

Before joining Â鶹ÊÓƵ Korea, Instructional Assistant Professor Nicolaides worked as a senior consultant for a number of clients in the Washington D.C. metropolitan areas, such as Booz Allen Hamilton, the American Bankers Association, Weir Pumps, EAC, Department of the Navy, U.S. Army Research Institute for the Behavioral and Social Sciences, and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
