Biography

Pam Muirheid joined Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ in February 2016 and works as the Web Specialist and Project Lead for the CVPA and academic units of the College of Visual and Performing Arts. She primarily manages the CVPA and Dance websites, the CVPA intranet, acts as project lead for new academic unit Drupal websites within CVPA, oversees the training of academic unit staff on SiteÂé¶¹ÊÓÆµry and Content Hub, and ensures the accessibility and branding across the CVPA site collection. She also manages the collection and distribution of Google Analytics data.

A native of Britain, Pam spent 6 years in Paris, first earning her post-bac BTS de Tourisme degree and then working as a bilingual National Interpreter Guide of France. Once in the U.S. she gained a BA in French with a minor in Art History. She became Head of Marketing and Web at the "best small museum in America," the Kimbell Art Museum in Fort Worth, Texas. Realizing web was her passion, she left to launch her own business as a web and graphic designer. Her clients have been mostly in the arts and education and her work has varied from designing and building web sites for art galleries, art museums, and schools to arranging the marketing and social media for scientific and arts non-profits, to the graphic design of entire exhibitions.
