Biography
Crystal Fickers serves as the Associate Director of Student Programs & Community Initiatives at Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµâ€™s Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship within the Costello College of Business. In this role, she leads initiatives that expand access to entrepreneurship education, support under-resourced founders, and connect students with community partners to drive inclusive economic growth.
With nearly two decades of experience in the nonprofit and social impact space and close to a decade leading her own businesses, Crystal has supported multiple impactful programs at George Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ, such as the SOAR Initiative, the Patriot Pitch Competition and other ecosystem-building events that showcase the entrepreneurial talent of George Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ students and alumni.
Passionate about creating equitable pathways to opportunity, Crystal works at the intersection of higher education, entrepreneurship, and community development, ensuring that George Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ remains a leader in fostering innovation that benefits both students and the region.
