Biography
Crystal Fickers is an experienced entrepreneur with a passion for driving growth in social impact and entrepreneurship. With over 19 years in the nonprofit and social impact sectors, including 10 years managing social enterprises, she has worked across the Asia-Pacific region, the U.K., and the U.S.. Fickers currently serves as the Associate Director at the Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship at Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ, where she helped establish the SOAR Initiative, which provides entrepreneurial training to communities with limited access to business education. She is also Executive Director at Enterchange Consulting, where she leads strategic growth and performance management initiatives for clients across various industries. Throughout her career, Fickers has successfully led multimillion-dollar projects, secured key partnerships, and developed programs that have had a lasting social and economic impact. She is a Business Advisory Board member at Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA) Annandale, where she actively contributes to business development initiatives at NOVA and within the greater DMV region. In her free time, Fickers enjoys exploring local specialty coffee shops, contributing to the community through volunteer work, and listening to a new audiobook.
