On Friday, October 14, in EagleBank Arena, Â鶹ÊÓƵ Athletics officially kicked-off men's and women's basketball season. Â鶹ÊÓƵ fans, including Â鶹ÊÓƵ families who were on campus for Family Weekend, were introduced to student-athletes from each team and heard from men's basketball Head Coach Kim English and women's basketball Head Coach . Each team also took part in a scrimmage on the EagleBank Arena floor. The event included performances from the Green Machine and a variety of student organizations.
